Quinoa is super easy to cook in the rice cooker. Sometimes the light circular parts of the grain detach and stick to the lid/sides of the cooker, but it's easy enough to wipe them off and better than hovering over a pot in my opinion.
The first time I tried chard and nutritional yeast, though I don't know if I could taste much of the latter in the dish. In any case, I'm a sucker for the one pan carbs, protein, veggies all-encompassing meal that lasts several servings.
This one's definitely going in the "Proven Yummy" folder (yes, it really does exist.)
